It is no secret that true healthy weight loss needs that assistance of regular exercise, but here is a major bonus to that plan! Sexual arousal requires good blood flow in men as well as women. If you participate in regular aerobic workouts, it increases blood flow which keeps the arteries producing nitric oxide. The life blood of sexual arousal is nitric oxide.  Erectile dysfunction is much more likely to be experienced by men who do not build regular aerobic workouts into their schedule. Similarly, women who do not build aerobic workouts into their schedule are also most likely to have arousal issues as well.  Natural opiates or “feel good” endorphins are massively produced during great aerobic work outs. Blood flow is also increased which also lead to individuals being able to lower their stress, raise their feelings of self esteem naturally as well as contributing to a much better sex life. So come on…how many more reasons do you need to get up off the couch and get moving!
